This engine has the capability to provide Advance Life Support (ALS) operations in #ChagrinFallsOH. The compartments directly behind the crew cab will be utilized to store a set of irons and a water can. To maximize storage capacity and accessibility, compartments along the body are organized with peg board, slide-out trays and a toolbox. The rear compartment on the driver’s side will store rescue saws and equipment. The low hosebed will increase firefighter ergonomics and safety. On the officer’s side, a hydraulic ladder rack allows firefighters to retrieve ladders from the ground level. A 1” booster line on the officer’s side will be utilized for vehicle and trash fires.
