While replacing cam seals on my LS430, I found out that the exhaust camshafts have a gear that is under spring tension and unless you install the service bolt, it will become undone. This tension is meant to remove slack and quiet down the gears.
If you didn't install that bolt, no need to fear, this is what you do. No special tools
