Pasta with BROWN SHRIMP | Bart's Fish Tales

Today I'm cooking on a shrimp boat in the middle of the Wadden Sea near Greetsiel in the Northern part of Germany. This boat and it's two fishermen fish for the popular brown shrimp, also known as grey shrimp! The shrimp are caught by nets scooping on the ocean floor, sorted, and cooked immediately on board. I'm making a delicious spaghetti with the freshest brown shrimp, tomatoes, cream and brandy! A really easy dish that will warm you up, even when you are cooking in the middle of a storm..

We had to stop cooking just before we were finished, because we were hit by a big wave which soaked all of our camera and audio equipment. But I can assure you that you will experience less trouble at home! Enjoy!
