Dream Garage Build | Utility Sink with hot and cold water

Over the weekend, the spring weather finally came and was so nice and warm that it gave me the chance to install in the garage the Utility Sink with the pre roughed in drain, and a hot and cold water system. It was an a amazing touch having this in my dream garage!

As a courtesy to some that are not patient enough to watch the video, and make comments about the setup. First and foremost, by code in my neck of the woods P-trap and clean out are installed in the other side of the wall in the basement fully insulated, mainly to prevent freezing in the drain pipe during the cold winter months. * * HENCE THE NO P-TRAP NEEDED UNDERNEATH THE SINK * *
Further more check at 2:53 as I mentioned why no P- trap. As well if you want to see how and where the p-trap and the clean out is 19:35.
