Today all four of us are headed to Universal CityWalk for an early dinner at The Cowfish®, a great restaurant we've eaten at several times before. Cowfish is a little unique because they specialize in both burgers and sushi and even have combinations of those you can put together in a fun culinary fusion. Now the only question is do we get Cow...or Fish...Let's do this! Enjoy!
