The ground, trees, and narrow nomadic paths disappeared beneath a thick layer of snow, and the early cold signaled a harsh winter arriving unannounced. The Akram family, like other nomadic families in the area, worked tirelessly to bring order to their farm under these difficult conditions. From caring for the livestock to keeping paths open and protecting shelters, every action reflected experience, cooperation, and collective effort—effort that carried even greater meaning amid snow and cold. Yet, the hardships of winter did not steal the joy from their lives. Between work and responsibility, laughter emerged, and hands began shaping a snowman. Children and adults played together in the snow, snowballs flew through the air, and a snowman took form, standing like a silent guardian of these white days. For the Akram family, winter was not only a season of cold and hardship, but also a time of togetherness—of creating joyful moments in the heart of difficulty. They played in the snow so they could welcome winter not with fear, but with smiles and hope.
