Psychology of Performance

Working with King’s College London, Ford used EEG testing to research whether normal drivers can train their minds to perform like a racer behind the wheel. Using simple brain training techniques they were able to improve their focus and performance by as much as 50 per cent putting them close to the focus levels racing drivers exercise during high pressure races. The belief is that these techniques can also help in pressured situations outside of the car, such as giving presentations or sitting an interview. http://ford.to/Think2Win
