For me, rainy days in the summer are truly a blessing. Being that I work outside, it gives me a chance to get out on the water during the workweek when the lake is not so crowded. Not to mention most of the time I have the lake all to myself as many anglers prefer not to fish in the rain. This could not be further from the truth for me. I do not mind getting a little wet to cash in on that low light shallow water bite.
