Review of the last kit I received from Rosenthal USA the 4m ASK-13R of KB3 Aero, a new Italian company producing sailplanes. That look to be an excellent glider with a broad range of speed that should be able to thermal well, planning installing a FES landing gear and a 10S power setup.
