Affordable Party Makeup Tutorial | Hello October

Happy Sunday guys! Today I'm sharing a little look that I tried out recently using all affordable products. It's a blue smoky eye that is perfect for Christmas, or New Year (any celebration really). It's my first time trying out a blue smoky eye so please be kind! haha!

Also - major apologies for the focus issues - it seems I couldn't sit still and frequently moved out of focus - I'll be better next week!
