Portable HUTTENBERG H8500W Silent Petrol Generator No Power Output - AVR / Brushes TEARDOWN [HOW TO]

Picked up this portable HUTTENBERG H8500W Silent Petrol Generator a few weeks back as a spares or repair project. We look into why this HUTTENBERG Generator has no power output, not producing power at the plugs or even the volt meter.

Could be several parts which have failed, the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), brushes worn down, windings damaged or even a Rota issue, stay tuned to fined out as we teardown this HUTTENBERG generator.

NOTE - Although this portable generator is sold under the title - 'HUTTENBERG H8500W Silent Petrol Generator' by no means is this silent, this sounds just like a typical Chinese copy generator so don't be fooled.
