There's an achievement called "If Only I Got Paid For This..." for this minigame which is getting over 3000 score, quite fun although its not as easy it looks though.
Basically there's yellow and red barrel, the red barrel only spawn every 5 barrels and both of the barrel has their own points (10 for yellow, 20 for red). There's also a multiplier for getting the barrel inside the hoop several times in a row (5x max), there's 2 ways to lose your multiplier which are didn't score any points within the time limit (too slow) or just miss your shot.
Not to mention, the movement of the hoop its not constant at all. Sometimes it can go slow/fast. Basically RNG.
