Over the course of a few days, I have been diagnosing fuel pressure problems and narrowed down to a faulty fuel pump relay and later, a faulty fuel pump check valve. Spoiler, the problem is the check valve.
Fuel pump relay part number: 0332015006 (blue one in the video)

This part replaces the original relay that is part number 8536401. If you have a bad relay with 8536401 on it, get the updated version. They don't make/sell the other one!
