Terms used by TOC throughout video:
ROE (Rules of engagement) - a directive issued by a military authority controlling the use and degree of force, especially specifying circumstances and limitations for engaging in combat.
TOC (The Tactical Operations Center) - program provides the commander and staff with a center where information is captured, analyzed, and interfused; where courses of action become orders.
Red tape - excessive bureaucracy or adherence to official rules and formalities.
EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) - EOD technicians are highly-trained military members serving in the Army, Marines, Navy, and Air Force who are responsible for disarming, rendering safe, and disposing of explosive hazards.
