"Crying Holy Unto the (or My) Lord" (aka "On the Rock Where Moses Stood") was first recorded by the Norfolk Jubilee Singers in 1924. A.P. Carter is often credited as the sole author, but his version did not come out until seven years later. there isn't much info to be found for this song sadly
