Zion Mountain Luxury House Tour

This property sits on its own private mountain overlooking the entire valley, and the 360-degree views are unreal. Filming here was a treat because every angle delivered something cinematic, from the red rock landscape to the massive windows wrapping the house. The elevated position also made drone work especially strong, giving us sweeping shots that really showed off the location.

The home itself is modern, spacious, and loaded with features, so part of the challenge was simply covering everything without the video feeling overloaded. Between the movie room, pool, hot tub, huge bedrooms, and even a helipad, there was a lot to show and not much that felt secondary. Light bounced cleanly through the large glass walls, so the interior shot beautifully throughout the day. Overall, this was one of the most visually impressive properties in the lineup and a smooth shoot from start to finish.
