Arc of Attrition 50k/25m - Recce Run

This video is a recce of the Arc of Attrition route from Hayle to Porthtowan, part of all the race distances but notably for the 25 mile event.

Lots of focus (about half the video) on the sand dunes between Hayle and Godrevy to help people who are curious about this section. Also some other major points on the way to the hills above Porthtowan, time stamps below.

I had to run on for a few miles up the coast so did not do the full route curving back into Porthtowan but it could be helpful for anyone doing the 50k/25mile to look at this on official maps as it contains lots of elevation the final couple of miles.
