A visit to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania reveals a growing skyline with construction cranes all over the city. Also visited Independence Park, walked down busy Market Street to beautiful, historic City Hall, the world's tallest office building when constructed in 1901 and still the United States' largest municipal building. I also walked (not ran) up the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, made iconic by the Sylvester Stallone movie "Rocky".
