I’ve avoided this lift for months. Not because I hate it—but because it exposes me. Pendlay rows force you to be honest. No momentum. No cheating. Just pull from the floor and own every inch.
This session is a mix of strength, control, and conditioning. I only had 45 minutes. One running clock. And everything had to fit inside it.
Lifted heavy.
Dipped with tempo.
