Thursday 10th October 2019 was World Mental Health Day 2019. In June I set the goal to climb the equivalent of Mount Everest on the stair climber to raise money for Samaritans Charity, to promote Smilinggg and the Smilinggg Mile and to raise awareness around Mental Health.
This video documents challenge day. The Smilinggg Everest Challenge 2019 in association with World Mental Health Day and in Aid of Samaritans Charity.
