SUP build part 2 - The Fin Box
Here I am building the mahogany fin box for the wooden “all-around” stand up paddleboard I am building with Jarvis Boards.
I opted for digital plans of the accessories that we will add to the board. This means I will be cutting and making them myself, so… extra fun! I used the Shaper Origin to rout the grooves, and built it in 2 halves, but you could use a regular router, a tablesaw, or a chisel as well.
