Use the center hole in your Acrylic Disks to insert a temporary center dowel as you ice. It will stabilize your cake if you didn’t have a chance to chill it. Inserting a dowel is also helpful if you have a slippery fruit filling. If you choose not to use the hole, the disk’s performance will not be affected at all.
