I just made a VERY HOT and LONG 1000 mile cross country road trip with no A/C or Radio in a 1989 Chevy Silverado Pickup. Started in Illinois, through Missouri and Kansas and into Colorado. Please forgive the mind numbing rambling but the heat and silence was getting to me! 😵💫 I stopped to see the world's largest painting easel road side attraction in Goodland Kansas at the boarder of Kansas and Colorado. The old Chevy had been sitting for many years so I had no idea how it would do making the trip. Rolled over 200,000 miles and ran like a dream! Got 18.5 miles per gallon. Good to be home!
