The 16th Jonang Monlam Chenmo was held at the Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Gaya in December for world peace and the welfare of all sentient beings.
After paying their respects to the Buddha in the inner sanctum, the monks and lamas participating in the puja began the formal ceremony beneath the sacred Bodhi tree, seeking blessings and generated merit for the benefit of all beings.
