But something was missing. The desire to create real impact led him to quit his comfortable job and co-found Rocket Learning, an ed-tech NGO focused on transforming early childhood education in India. Starting with just 50,000 children, Siddhant and his team now impact the lives of over 35 lakh children across 10 states by empowering parents and Anganwadi workers using simple, low-cost technology like WhatsApp.

Rocket Learning delivers low-cost early childhood education services (for 3-6 years aged children) by partnering with the Government. They focus on upskilling Anganwadi workers, providing curriculum aligned with state needs, and disseminating content through platforms like WhatsApp and YouTube to both the Anganwadi workers and the parents to provide a more holistic experience. Rocket Learning's exceptional work was recognised when it won the Marico Innovation Foundation – Indian Innovation Icons 2025 award in the Social (Not-For-Profit) category, celebrating its scalable, high-impact approach to education reform.
