(1)👉Hare Pyaz Ki Sabji is an easy, north indian style dish made with green onions (scallions), potatoes, garlic and spices(like cumin & turmeric).This sabji pairs well with flatbreads or dal- chawal.....

(2)👉Dry curries are staple in indian cuisine and we make them with anything, literally! Hara (Green) Pyaz (Onion) is often called spring onion in India. Growing up, this spring onion aloo ki sabzi was winter staple in our home.....

(3)👉Hare pyaz ki aloo sabzi is a simple recipe of the popular Jeera Aloo, but with a more robust flavor and texture due to the addition of fresh seasonal Hara Pyaz ( onion greens ). During winters, I often make Hare Pyaz Ki Sabji once a week and serve with laccha paranthas, ghee phulkas and sometimes with home made white butter too.....
