I was recently reviewing a client’s past week and noticed several strong points of discussion that often get overlooked.
Three key takeaways stood out:
1. Training design is dynamic and ever-changing.Training must mold around the individual—not the other way around.
2. Auto-regulation and ownership matter.The client needs to take responsibility for making necessary adjustments in real time.
4. The value of “imperfect” training.Short-term concessions are often required for long-term growth. Clients must learn to prioritize long-term development over immediate outcomes.
