Acrylic Paint: titanium white, mars black, burnt umber (brown), deep yellow, cobalt blue, burnt sienna (rust)
Other: white chalk, palette, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Paint background with black, white and blue
2. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Paint fog with dark gray (made in step 1), blue and white
3. chalk – Draw outline of dog and broom
4. #10 round brush – Paint base coat of dog and costume with black, brown, white, dark gray, rust and yellow
5. #10 round brush – Paint broom with black, white, brown, rust and yellow
6. #1 round brush – Finish face and paws with light gray (made in step 4), black, brown, rust, yellow and white
7. #10 round brush – Paint highlights and shadows on costume with black, brown, white and light gray
8. #1 round brush - Sign with black
