A strong magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck northeast of Manay, Davao Oriental on Friday morning, October 10.
An initial magnitude of 7.6 was recorded, but Phivolcs later downgraded the tremor’s magnitude to 7.4. The quake was also felt by several areas across Mindanao.
