Traffic in the city centre is under control—but now Phoenix Bridge is buckling under the pressure. In this episode, we rebuild the south side of the bridge with a layered road network, new zoning, upgraded public services, and new transit options. We tackle gridlock, redesign key intersections, and transform an overlooked neighbourhood into a thriving part of the city. We take on urban planning challenges, infrastructure upgrades, and a few messy intersections along the way.
