Goodbye Gibson Les Paul historic collection 59(2014 aged)/replaced with Fender telecaster

Two days ago, I got a fender telecaster.
So I need to release one of my guitars.
I live in a small house in Tokyo, there is no room for another guitar. I have two electric and one acoustic guitars and I can't have no more.
Today, I sold my lespaul.

My family, especially my daughter loves this cherry sunburst lespaul, because of its beautiful look, not its sound!
My daughter asked me to play cherry lespaul in memorial before I sell today. She took this video.

I happened to meet this cherry sunburst three years ago, it was also February. This lespaul, Gibson Custom historic collection 2014 59 lespaul heavy aged.

I didn't like lespaul before I met this. When I was young, I carried lespaul and played HR/HM. It was so heavy, and I thought lespaul was always heavy.

When I found this, I really surprised its weight was so light. It sounds so bright that my image of lespaul completely changed. It goes with blues and even jazz.
It also changed my play style and I came to play more jazzy, using neck pickup, which I had never used before. This lespaul made me play the licks like this.

As my play goes jazzy and bluey, my concern goes to telecaster, which has single-coil pickup and much brighter tone. I even try Fender esquire that has a bridge pickup only. I have been seeking telecaster for about two years and finally found the one the day before yesterday.
This is my first maple neck gear.

I really love telecaster but my daughter doesn't because she said its color is like mayonnaise!

Anyway today's the last day with lespaul and beginning of days with telecaster.
