TAKING ON EUROPES LARGEST INDOOR SKATEPARK// ADRENALINE ALLEY PROGRESSION SESSION!

Skateparks have always scared me and seemed intimidating so I thought what better way to get over that fear than to head to Europes largest indoor skatepark, Adrenaline Alley!
I recently went for a session and my confidence was so low as the steep wooden ramps seem so scary to ride however I want to improve this style of riding so I headed back a week later to keep riding and improving these skills.
I started off in the street room for a warm up and practiced dropping in, flowing round the bowl, pumping and dropping off of things. I them headed over to the Rhythm room to meet Tom and Jack and joined in their session. I ride around the skatepark and hit the resi a few times. Tom then took to GoPro and showed you a fast lap round this room. I then decided to get used to hitting steep wooden ramps at speed that I would go to the foam pit as there are low consequences with doing this. I managed to get big air and it really improved my confidence.
