Tonight you'll follow my instructions to SLEEP, but you can close your eyes to more easily drift off (Eyes closed instructions to sleep 💤).
This video is a fully ear to ear whispered session and it includes instructions, guided relaxation, games and tests. We'll be doing guided breathing, word association, counting the microphone brush sounds, tuning fork sounds and other tests and instructions that will make your mind tired and sleepy.
As usual, first version includes gentle rain sounds and second version is purely whispered.

What is ASMR??
