Pune’s vibrant food scene means that you have enjoy a true feast without breaking the bank - here are some must-visit places serving Pune’s best street food under Rs. 50!

Breaking with tradition, we started our day out in Pune with dessert - more specifically, a decadent chocolate and vanilla softy from Pasteur that was oh-so-delicious! We then moved on to the legendary Zarthosti Seva Mandal, established over 75 years ago to benefit the less fortunate in our society. They have an assorted menu of rolls, cutlets, puffs, quiches, burgers, and more, all of incredibly pocket-friendly prices. They also have amazing offers like a buy one get one free deal after 8:45 PM and 50% off during Happy Hour between 2 and 4 pm. The best part? All the proceeds go towards helping the underprivileged!

Our next stop was a fortunate one - we happened to pass this place while walking to another destination on our list and just HAD to try our luck. As it happened, Jai Jhulelal Ka Dal Pakwan serves delicious, tangy, savoury, crunchy, filling snacks by the plateful for just Rs. 50!

We then moved on to a Pune icon - the hugely popular Garden Vada Pav, where you have to queue to be served, but biting into the soft pav and the crunchy vada with the tangy chutney is well worth it! We moved swiftly on to Mahalaxmi Khaman Dhokla, which has been serving deliciousness since 1977, and absolutely loved the flavours and textures on the plate!

Our final stop on this budget eating guide in Pune was Akhtar's Samosa, which offers mouth-watering veg and non-veg samosas that will have you licking your lips and asking for more!
