The Future for Archaeological Archives Programme is a collaborative initiative led by Historic England, in partnership with Arts Council England and other national heritage organisations, to establish a sustainable future for archaeological archives in England. Since its inception, the programme has made significant strides in addressing the challenges associated with archaeological archives. This presentation updates on the programme, its achievements so far and its commitment to developing and implementing strategies that ensure the long-term preservation and accessibility of archaeological archives.
