We love leather. Did you know that Cody actually started out as a leather maker himself?
Leather has a time-honored place in the fire service in radio straps, suspenders, belts and my personal favorite: helmets! But leather has no business on the lens of your SCBA. Sure it looks pretty and traditional and we give those guys credit. Here's the rub (literally): Our product sits on the frame, not on the lens, like leather does. Imagine buying a $300 pair of shades and shoving them into a dirty soft sided leather sleeve.
