This week was one of the clearest examples of why having a real trading checklist is the difference between surviving the markets and getting destroyed by them. Every single setup I reviewed in this video had the potential to trap me into unnecessary losses, but the checklist filtered out every weak signal with complete precision. Natural gas rejected exactly where I expected, but without the clean retest it simply wasn’t a valid setup. Oil pushed perfectly, then retraced without giving the full confirmation. GBPUSD would have been a loss if I had entered early. AUDCHF almost had me, but no engulfing, no entry. Three losses avoided in a single week, all because I waited for real confirmation instead of trading what I hoped would happen.
