🔥 Potatoes and a little meat – a quick, easy and extremely delicious recipe!
If you are looking for a homemade dish that is prepared effortlessly, but impresses with aroma and taste – this is your recipe! 😍
Juicy minced meat, golden potatoes and an appetizing sauce with eggs and yellow cheese – a real delight for lunch or dinner!

🥣 Ingredients:

Potatoes – 5 pcs

Minced meat – 500 g

Onion – 1 pc

Tomato puree – 100 g

Eggs – 5 pcs

Grated cheese – 100 g

Salt – 1 tsp

Black pepper – 1/4 tsp

Paprika – 1 tsp

Cumin – 1/4 tsp

Thyme – 1/2 tsp

Parsley

Olive oil – 30 ml

🍳 Preparation:
1️⃣ Cut the potatoes and boil them for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Fry the minced meat with olive oil and add the finely chopped onion.
3️⃣ Add the tomato puree and boiled potatoes.
4️⃣ Beat the eggs with the spices and pour over the dish.
5️⃣ Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

The result – a golden crust, melting yellow cheese and an aroma that fills the kitchen! ❤️
