A few people asked me about how I put my bike on the rear-stand, and I realized, this can be a tricky thing for those who haven't done it. Downright scary, in-fact. I remember the first time I ever put a bike on a rear-stand and I was so worried I'd drop the bike or do something wrong.
In this vid, I explain how to put the bike on a rear-stand and front-stand, the order in which you do that and why, benefits of stands, wheel-cleaning stuff and then removing the bike from the stands. The video isn't the best in some places since I was filming this from my view with both hands free. Hopefully you get the idea as I explain and annotate it.
The stands I use are Pitbull for the rear, Woodcraft front stand and Yoshimura stand spools. I do not recommend using off-brand spools, ever. I've had them break on me, and that brings a host of new headaches.
