Today we make a tiki drink using ice from the Opal Machine. How's it gonna do?
Song Of The Siren is a very satisfying modern tiki drink from NYC bartender and Consultant Shannon Mustipher and comes from her new book Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails. We are also using the pebble ice from our new Opal Ice Maker to see how it preforms in a cocktail! This is the final test to see whether or not this machine has good bar applications! cross your fingers for a good result! Alrighty thats all I got to say about that! Let's chase away the winter blues with some nice tropical drinks!
If you were wondering Alpine Amaro is a subtype in the Amaro Category of spirits which utilize Alpine Herbs and flowers in their production not unlike Genepy De Alps and Chartreuse.
