Kia Ora Rangiroa - Welcome to the Tuamotu Islands

The Kia Ora Rangiroa is a Four Star Polynesian Style resort located in the Tuamotu Islands. This week me and my guest Debora to learn more about this 60 bungalow authentic Polynesian style resort located on a coral atoll in the middle of the South Pacific. Only about an hour's flight from the main island of Tahiti, followed by a short transfer on land over to the resort it is both remote yet accessible to travellers to have a completely different Tahitian experience.

Learn about accommodation options which range from a beach bungalow to overwater bungalows and some incredible garden suites. If you are looking for family options they also offer a Family Suite with a Pool which can hold up to 5 adults.

This smaller resort has one bar and restaurant: Te Rairoa Restaurant is open for breakfast lunch and dinner, and The Miki Miki bar is their overwater bar with cocktails and snacks. Their food is excellent and always served with warm Polynesian hospitality.

Lastly, learn why divers and activity enthusiasts love this resort. Rangiroa is the largest atoll in French Polynesia, offering a gigantic water playground as well as a 12 km long road on the island.
