Canoe Trip Through The Patagonia Wilderness | The Enchanted Valley (Part 2)

Join us on an epic adventure through the untamed wilderness of Argentina's Patagonian region.

In my previous attempt, I fell short of completing the 53km stretch of the Limay River, leaving the most enchanting part of the journey untouched. But now, armed with an extra man, we're set to conquer the rapids, mammoth cliffs, and imposing rock faces that tower above us.

The enchanted valley beckons us with its mysterious allure, promising to take our breath away. As we paddle through the crystal-clear waters, we're transported to a world of wonder and awe. The sights, sounds, and smells of this paradise overload our senses, leaving us spellbound.

Our first night in the wilderness, we stumbled upon the perfect campsite after only 12km of paddling. The warm sun and crystal-clear river water beckoned us, and we couldn't resist taking a dip before setting up camp. As night fell, we decided to sleep under the stars, using only our tarp for shelter. The crackling fire, the sound of the river, and the stars above provided the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful night's sleep. However, the following morning proved to be a challenge as we woke up to freezing temperatures of -2.5 Celsius. But, after warming up by the fire and sipping on some warm coffee, we were ready to tackle the day's adventure

Our journey takes us to remote stretches of the river, where capsizing could spell trouble. But we're not deterred, and we press on, determined to discover the beauty of Patagonia.
