Setting the right distribution tool tamping depth
Make sure that the group head is clean and dry. I didn't run a blank shot as I normally do during my prep. I do it now before pulling a shot. This is to make sure that the temperature is consistent.
The right distribution tool depth should be equal or more than the Breville Razor depth.
The depth really depends on what type of beans you're using. If you have a new beans, you need to calibrate the depth again.
Insert the portafilter to group head without tamping. You can see the marks of the group head.
Adjust the distribution tool depth slowly and tamp it until you didn't see the marks.
