The Mall Gadong & The Rizqun International Hotel - All Schindler Elevator, Escalator and Travelator

The Mall Gadong has 16 Escalators and 8 elevators. The Rizqun International Hotel has 5 elevators. There is a one Service Elevator with a pink colour and one car elevator with a largest size. The Schindler Car Elevator has ever first seen in Brunei. Car elevator use a dewhurst fixtures similar to Fujitec. Some elevator have different capacity. Lift 12 is used for hotel staff only. Lift 8, Lift 9, Lift 10 and Lift 11 is used for all passenger and guests in hotel. Lift 7 is used for service only. The arrow lantern light is broken. Lift 1, Lift 2, Lift 3, Lift 4, Lift 5 and Lift 6 is used for all passenger in the mall. Lift 5 is taken out of service due to signal failure while Lift 1 is taken out of service due to under maintenance for repairing. All escalator are working. An escalator near a main entrance of Utama Grand Superstore has been working after a six years old child's left toe were stuck and was freed by a firefighter. An incident happen occurred on 17 September 2020 after it received a call at 8:25PM in night time.
