I grew up having these buns every Sunday after church. We would gather around, eating the buns and sipping it down with a hot cup milo. The softness, fluffiness and milky/buttery flavour is what makes it so tasty you want to go back for more (seriously). One of my favourite childhood recipes, I hope you all enjoy! Malo!

Ingredients:
Milk paste
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
4 tablespoon flour
Dough
1 cup milk (room temperature)
1 tablespoon yeast
3 cups of flour (sifted)
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoon milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
Note:
Additional flour (1/4 cup of flour or more) to help knead dough
