Prophet Ayub (AS) (Job in English) was a prophet known for his immense patience and unwavering faith in Allah. He was blessed with wealth, health, and a large family, but Allah tested him with severe hardships—he lost his wealth, his children, and suffered from a painful illness for many years. Despite these trials, Ayub (AS) remained steadfast in his worship and never complained. Eventually, Allah restored his health, granted him even greater blessings, and made him a symbol of patience (sabr) for all believers. His story is mentioned in the Quran as an example of perseverance and trust in Allah’s mercy.
