In this short video, I cover the geopolitical shifts, technological advancements, and an evolving mindset towards sustainability that we can expect by 2030.

1) A Shifting Geopolitical Landscape
Significant geopolitical changes that have unfolded over the past few decades. The traditional power dynamics between nations, such as the United States and the Soviet Union, have transformed into a multi-polar system. Countries like Europe, China, India, and Russia are emerging as influential players in global affairs. This transition creates both opportunities for collaboration and painful conflicts that need urgent resolution.

2) The Rise of the Sustainable Economy
One of the most crucial transformations occurring globally is the shift from a fossil fuel-driven economy to a sustainable, green economy. I emphasize the importance of this transition, as well as the challenges it presents. The sustainable economy requires extensive financial resources, and the responsibility to finance this transition falls upon the developed nations. It necessitates collaboration and agreements on who pays for what.

3) The Different Mindset of Millennials
As the younger generation takes the reins, their objectives will vastly differ from their predecessors.Millennials not only seek economic growth and financial success, but they also aspire to create a larger impact. They view themselves as global citizens with a broader perspective, and their values drive them towards collaboration and preserving our planet.

4) The Exponential Power of Technology
Technology's exponential growth plays a lead role in shaping our future. Leonhard reiterates that the power of technology doubles every 18 months, revolutionizing industries and society at an unprecedented pace. However, it also poses challenges in the form of increased reliance on a more virtual society.

5) Conclusion
I am aware of the practical challenges we face today, such as water scarcity, food security, and energy production. Solving these issues is crucial for sustainable growth. Fortunately, technological advancements offer solutions that can help tackle these challenges. It will be essential to find a balance between economic progress and environmental preservation.

As we approach 2030, a mixture of chaos, confusion, and powerful new opportunities await us. By acknowledging and addressing the practical challenges ahead while striving for sustainable growth, we can navigate this complex future and create a better world for generations to come
