Shelling corn with an old IHC 1-hole hand cranked sheller. Here I try to show how an old corn shelling machine works and then demonstrate its operation. Yes, you could install a belt pulley on the flywheel side and run these machines with a gas engine. And having a 2nd person helping to feed the ears makes things go faster. One of these days I'll tear the sheller down and clean and repaint it so it looks better, but for now it works well and that's the important part.
