This video presents the complete, automated production flow of BORGinsole podiatric insoles: from EVA material selection to shipping. You will see how 100 EVA storage positions ensure the right density for each patient, how the central Fanuc robot continuously loads and unloads the CNC milling machines, and how each pair of insoles is precisely milled, verified through AI-driven quality control, and accurately cut by a waterjet robot. The process then continues with full traceability via CO₂ laser marking (MDR number, patient and clinic details), automated packaging and labelling, and a logistics flow that ensures correct shipment to the podiatrist. The video also highlights BORGinsole’s sustainability approach: EVA offcuts and worn insoles are transported via conveyor belts to a shredding unit and recycled into new applications.
