It's time to leave Bishkek and see what's on the northern shore of the Issyk-Kul lake.
So we go further east, until we reach the famous lake, here in Kyrgyzstan. I stopped in the city of Cholpon-Ata to visit some beautiful beaches there, and catch a glimpse of Kyrgyzstan's biggest lake and the 2nd largest mountain lake in the world. The weather luckily also played along.
After that, I continue my journey to Grigorievka, where you can find a stunning trail along a gorge with clear blue waters. The nature of Kyrgyzstan is truly amazing!
